This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ZNF10 antibody (Catalogue #: P100847_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP31205
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 66kDa
Gene: 7556
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: ZNF10 may be involved in transcriptional regulation. The protein encoded by this gene contains a C2H2 zinc finger, and has been shown to function as a transcriptional repressor. The Kruppel-associated box (KRAB) domain of this protein is found to be responsible for its transcriptional repression activity. RING finger containing protein TIF1 was reported to interact with the KRAB domain, and may serve as a mediator for the repression activity of this protein.
Alternative names: KOX1
