This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ZIC3 Antibody (ARP33504_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP33504
Size: 100ug
Weight: 50kDa
Gene: 7547
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a member of the ZIC family of C2H2-type zinc finger proteins. This nuclear protein probably functions as a transcription factor in early stages of left-right body axis formation. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked visceral heterotaxy, which includes congenital heart disease and left-right axis defects in organs.
Alternative names: HTX; HTX1; ZNF203
