This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ZHX3 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP57984_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP57984
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 105kDa
Gene: 23051
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This protein is a member of the zinc fingers and homeoboxes (ZHX) gene family. The encoded protein contains two C2H2-type zinc fingers and five homeodomains and forms a dimer with itself or with zinc fingers and homeoboxes family member 1. In the nucleus, the dimerized protein interacts with the A subunit of the ubiquitous transcription factor nuclear factor-Y and may function as a transcriptional repressor. This gene encodes a member of the zinc fingers and homeoboxes (ZHX) gene family.
