This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Wasf2 Antibody (ARP51323_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Mouse
Presku: AAP51323
Size: 100ug
Weight: 55kDa
Gene: 242687
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Wasf2 is a downstream effector molecule involved in the transmission of signals from tyrosine kinase receptors and small GTPases to the actin cytoskeleton. It promotes formation of actin filaments. Wasf2 is a part of the WAVE complex that regulates lamellipodia formation. The WAVE complex regulates actin filament reorganization via its interaction with the Arp2/3 complex.
