This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Ube2g1 Antibody (ARP43014_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Mouse
Presku: AAP43014
Size: 100ug
Weight: 19kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Ube2g1 accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. In vitro Ube2g1 catalyzes 'Lys-48'-, as well as 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitination. Ube2g1 may be involved in degradation of muscle-specific proteins and mediates polyubiquitination of CYP3A4.
