This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TUSC4 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP50539_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP50539
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 44kDa
Gene: 10641
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: TUSC4 suppresses Src-dependent tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of PDPK1 and its downstream signaling. TUSC4 down-regulates PDPK1 kinase activity by interfering with tyrosine phosphorylation at the Tyr-9 Tyr-373 and Tyr-376 residues. TUSC4 may act as a tumor suppressor. TUSC4 suppresses cell growth and enhanced sensitivity to various anticancer drugs.
