This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TRPC3 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP58715_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP58715
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 97kDa

Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: TRPC3 is thought to form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel. Probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors. TRPC3 is activated by diacylglycerol (DAG) in a membrane-delimited fashion, independently of protein kinase C, and by inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate receptors (ITPR) with bound IP3. TRPC3 may also be activated by internal calcium store depletion.
Alternative names: TRP3
