This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TRIM28 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP32677_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP32677
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 88kDa
Gene: 10155
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: TRIM28 mediates transcriptional control by interaction with the Kruppel-associated box repression domain found in many transcription factors. TRIM28 localizes to the nucleus and is thought to associate with specific chromatin regions. It is a member of the tripartite motif family. This tripartite motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING,a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region.
