This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TREM2 Antibody(ARP49413_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP49413
Size: 100ug
Weight: 25kDa
Gene: 54209
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane protein that forms a receptor signaling complex with TYROBP. The encoded protein may be involved in chronic inflammation by triggering the production of constitutive inflammatory cytokines. Defects in this gene are a cause of polycystic lipomembranous osteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy (PLOSL).
Alternative names: TREM-2; Trem2a; Trem2b; Trem2c
