This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TIGD3 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP49034_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP49034
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 52kDa
Gene: 220359
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: TIGD3 belongs to the tigger subfamily of the pogo superfamily of DNA-mediated transposons in humans. These proteins are related to DNA transposons found in fungi and nematodes, and more distantly to the Tc1 and mariner transposases. They are also very similar to the major mammalian centromere protein B. The exact function of TIGD3 gene is not known.
