This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TCF7L1 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP57917_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP57917
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 63kDa
Gene: 83439
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: TCF7L1 participates in the Wnt signaling pathway. It binds to DNA and acts as a repressor in the absence of CTNNB1, and as an activator in its presence. It is necessary for the terminal differentiation of epidermal cells, the formation of keratohyalin granules and the development of the barrier function of the epidermis. TCF7L1 down-regulates NQO1, leading to increased mitomycin c resistance.
Alternative names: TCF-3; TCF3
