This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TAF7 antibody (Catalogue #: P100968_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP31329
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 40kDa
Gene: 6879
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The intronless gene for this transcription coactivator is located between the protocadherin beta and gamma gene clusters on chromosome 5. The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the TFIID protein complex, a complex which binds to the TATA box in class II promoters and recruits RNA polymerase II and other factors. This particular subunit interacts with the largest TFIID subunit, as well as multiple transcription activators. The protein is required for transcription by promoters targeted by RNA polymerase II.The intronless gene for this transcription coactivator is located between the protocadherin beta and gamma gene clusters on chromosome 5.
