This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TAF10 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP31426_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP31426
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 22kDa
Gene: 6881
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: TAFs may participate in basal transcription, serve as coactivators, function in promoter recognition or modify general transcription factors (GTFs) to facilitate complex assembly and transcription initiation. TAF10 is one of the small subunits of TFIID that is associated with a subset of TFIID complexes. It is required for transcriptional activation by the estrogen receptor, for progression through the cell cycle, and may also be required for certain cellular differentiation programs.
