This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SYNCRIP antibody (Catalogue #: ARP40641_T100) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP40641
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 69kDa
Gene: 10492
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Heterogenous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) implicated in mRNA processing mechanisms. SYNCRIP may be involved in translationally coupled mRNA turnover. It implicated with other RNA-binding proteins in the cytoplasmic deadenylation/translational and decay interplay of the FOS mRNA mediated by the major coding-region determinant of instability (mCRD) domain. It interacts in vitro preferentially with poly(A) and poly(U) RNA sequences.
Alternative names: GRY-RBP, NSAP1, RP1-3J17.2, dJ3J17.2, pp68
