This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SPIB antibody (Catalogue #: ARP31422_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP31422
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 19kDa
Gene: 6689
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: SPI1 (MIM 165170) and SPIB are members of a subfamily of ETS (see ETS1; MIM 164720) transcription factors. ETS proteins share a conserved ETS domain that mediates specific DNA binding. SPIB and SPI1 bind to a purine-rich sequence, the PU box (5-prime-GAGGAA-3-prime).
