This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SNAPC5 Antibody(ARP57932_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP57932
Size: 100ug
Weight: 11kDa
Gene: 10302
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: SNAPC5 is the part of the SNAPc complex required for the transcription of both RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes. SNAPC5 binds to the proximal sequence element (PSE), a non-TATA-box basal promoter element common to these 2 types of genes. Recruits TBP and BRF2 to the U6 snRNA TATA box.
Alternative names: SNAP19
