This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SNAPC2 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP31318_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP31318
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 35kDa
Gene: 6618
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: SNAPc is involved in transcription by two types of polymerases; it is required for transcription of both the RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes and binds specifically to the proximal sequence element PSE, a non-TATA-box basal promoter element common to these two types of genes. In addition, SNAPc is composed of at least three TAFs, SNAP43, SNAP45 and SNAP50.
Alternative names: PTFdelta; SNAP45
