This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SNAPC1 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP38227_T100) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP38227
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 43kDa
Gene: 6617
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: SNAPC1 is a part of the SNAPc complex required for the transcription of both RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes. It binds to the proximal sequence element (PSE), a non-TATA-box basal promoter element common to these 2 types of genes and recruits TBP and BRF2 to the U6 snRNA TATA box.
Alternative names: PTFgamma; SNAP43
