This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SLC13A3 Antibody(ARP41440_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP41440
Size: 100ug
Weight: 62kDa
Gene: 64849
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Mammalian sodium-dicarboxylate cotransporters transport succinate and other Krebs cycle intermediates. They fall into 2 categories based on their substrate affinity: low affinity and high affinity. Both the low- and high-affinity transporters play an important role in the handling of citrate by the kidneys. SLC13A3 represents the high-affinity form.
Alternative names: NADC3; SDCT2
