Sheep IgM whole molecule can be utilized as a control or standard reagent in Western Blotting and ELISA experiments. Sheep IgM whole molecule is stable at 4 o C prior to restoration. It is recommended to aliquot restored Sheep IgM whole molecule after adding equal parts glycerol for storage at -20 o C for extended storage and to prevent repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
