This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SH3BP2 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP56546_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP56546
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 62kDa
Gene: 6452
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: SH3BP2 has an N-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, an SH3-binding proline-rich region, and a C-terminal SH2 domain. The protein binds to the SH3 domains of several proteins including the ABL1 and SYK protein tyrosine kinases, and functions as a cytoplasmic adaptor protein to positively regulate transcriptional activity in T, natural killer (NK), and basophilic cells. Mutations in this gene result in cherubism.
Alternative names: 3BP2; CRBM; CRPM; FLJ42079; RES4-23
