This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SERP1 Antibody (ARP64991_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP64991
Size: 100ug
Weight: 7kDa
Gene: 27230
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: SERP1 interacts with target proteins during their translocation into the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum. SERP1 protects unfolded target proteins against degradation during ER stress. SERP1 may facilitate glycosylation of target proteins after termination of ER stress. SERP1 may modulate the use of N-glycosylation sites on target proteins.
Alternative names: MGC117327; MGC133321; MGC133322; RAMP4
