This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SENP1 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP55082_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP55082
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 73kDa
Gene: 29843
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The covalent modification of proteins by the small ubiquitin-like protein SUMO is implicated in the regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, genomic stability, gene transcription, and other processes. Sumoylation is catalyzed on target lysine residues by a multienzyme process and is reversed by desumoylating enzymes such as SENP1.
Alternative names: SuPr-2
