This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RRM2 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP46031_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP46031
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 45kDa
Gene: 6241
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: RRM2 provides the precursors necessary for DNA synthesis. RRM2 catalyzes the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from the corresponding ribonucleotides. RRM2 inhibits Wnt signaling.Ribonucleotide reductase catalyzes the formation of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides. It is composed of 2 non-identical subunits, proteins M1 and M2. Synthesis of M2 is regulated in a cell-cycle dependent fashion. Publication Note: This RefSeq record includes a subset of the publications that are available for this gene. Please see the Entrez Gene record to access additional publications.
Alternative names: R2; RR2M
