This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RNF128 Antibody (ARP59127_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Target: RNF128 is a type I transmembrane protein that localizes to the endocytic pathway. This protein contains a RING zinc-finger motif and has been shown to possess E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. Expression of RNF128 in retrovirally transduced T cell hybridoma significantly inhibits activation-induced IL2 and IL4 cytokine production. Induced expression of RNF128 was observed in anergic CD4(+) T cells, which suggested a role in the induction of anergic phenotype.
