This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RHOA antibody (Catalogue #: ARP58521_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP58521
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 21kDa
Gene: 387
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: RHOA regulates a signal transduction pathway linking plasma membrane receptors to the assembly of focal adhesions and actin stress fibers. RHOA serves as a target for the yopT cysteine peptidase from Yersinia pestis, vector of the plague, and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, which causes gastrointestinal disorders. It may be an activator of PLCE1. RHOA is activated by ARHGEF2, which promotes the exchange of GDP for GTP.
Alternative names: ARH12; ARHA; RHO12; RHOH12
