Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-4 (MIP-4), also called CCL18, is a chemokine expressed in the lymph nodes, lungs, placenta and bone marrow. Although the MIP-4's receptor remains undetermined, MIP-4 is known to act as a chemoattractant for activated and non-activated T cells. Recombinant MIP-4 is a non-glycosylated Protein, containing 69 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 7.8 kDa.
