Rat Anti-CMKLR1 (chemokine-like receptor) is derived from the hybridoma BZ332 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells (SP2/0 cell) and splenocytes from Wistar-Furth rats immunized with a peptide corresponding to amino acids 8-32 at the N-terminal of human CMKLR1. CMKLR1 is expressed in circulating dendritic cells in human blood, is selectively expressed in immature plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pCDs)
