This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RAC1 Antibody(ARP57798_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP57798
Size: 100ug
Weight: 21kDa
Gene: 5879
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase which belongs to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. Members of this superfamily appear to regulate a diverse array of cellular events, including the control of cell growth, cytoskeletal reorganization, and the activation of protein kinases. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Alternative names: MGC111543; MIG5; TC-25; p21-Rac1
