Purified anti-NTAL

NTAL is a transmembrane adaptor protein with an apparent molecular weight of 30 kD expressed on B cells, NK cells, and myeloid cells. The NTAL is a transmembrane adaptor protein found in lipid raft microdomains that participates in B cell activation. NTAL interacts with a variety of proteins including Grb2, PLC gamma 2, and PLC gamma 1. The NAP-07 monoclonal antibody reacts with human and mouse NTAL and has been shown to be useful for Western blotting.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s): Use 10 microl per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. For IHC, use a 15 microl/ml dilution of antibody for staining. Antigen retrieval for IHC of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue using 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
