Purified anti-KLF6

The Krüppel-like zinc finger transcription factor (KLF6) gene encodes a family of proteins generated through alternative splicing involved in the regulation of cancer development and progression and in vascular development. In addition, genes directly involved in the injury response, including collagen I, TGF-beta1, and types I and II TGF-beta receptors are transactivated by KLF6 in hepatic stellate cells.
