This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-POLR3H antibody (Catalogue #: ARP48519_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP48519
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 20kDa
Gene: 171568
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: POLR3H belongs to the eukaryotic RPB7/RPC8 RNA polymerase subunit family. DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. POLR3H is a specific peripheric component of RNA polymerase III which synthesizes small RNAs, such as 5S rRNA and tRNAs.
