This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-PHLDA2 Antibody (ARP58238_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP58238
Size: 100ug
Weight: 17kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene is one of several genes in the imprinted gene domain of 11p15.5 which is considered to be an important tumor suppressor gene region. Alterations in this region may be associated with the Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, Wilms tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, and lung, ovarian, and breast cancer. Studies of the mouse gene, however, which is also located in an imprinted gene domain, have shown that the product of this gene regulates placental growth.
Alternative names: BRW1C; BWR1C; HLDA2; IPL; TSSC3
