PE anti-human TCR Vbeta8

Vbeta8 T cell receptor (TCR Vbeta8) is a variant of the TCR beta chain which is heterodimerized with TCR alpha chain and expressed on a subset of T cells. In association with CD3 complex, TCR alpha/beta functions recognition of antigen and initiating T cell mediated immune responses. Human Vbeta8 has been described as the target of the streptococcal mitogenic exotoxin z (SMEZ) and SMEZ-2.
