PAR1 (6A7H) Antibody

PAR-1 (Proteinase-activated receptor 1) is a high affinity receptor for activated thrombin coupled to G proteins that stimulates phosphoinositide hydrolysis. PAR-1 plays a role in platelet activation and in vascular development. A proteolytic cleavage generates a new N-terminus that functions as a tethered ligand.
