p53 (Ser392) Antibody

p53 (Cellular tumor antigen p53) is a tumor suppressor in many tumor types by inducing growth arrest or apoptosis. P53 is also involved in cell cycle regulation as transactivator that negatively regulate cell division. Defects in p53 are the cause of numerous cancers.
