This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NR4A3 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP45646_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP45646
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 64kDa
Gene: 8013
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: NR4A3 is a member of the steroid-thyroid hormone-retinoid receptor superfamily. NR4A3 may act as a transcriptional activator. The protein can efficiently bind the NGFI-B Response Element (NBRE). Three different versions of extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas (EMCs) are the result of reciprocal translocations between NR4A3 gene and other genes.
