This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NR2C2 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP48001_T100) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP48001
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 67kDa
Gene: 7182
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Members of the nuclear hormone receptor family, such as NR2C2, act as ligand-activated transcription factors. The proteins have an N-terminal transactivation domain, a central DNA-binding domain with 2 zinc fingers, and a ligand-binding domain at the C terminus. The activated receptor/ligand complex is translocated to the nucleus where it binds to hormone response elements of target genes.Members of the nuclear hormone receptor family, such as NR2C2, act as ligand-activated transcription factors.
