This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NNT antibody (Catalogue #: ARP46892_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP46892
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 114kDa
Gene: 23530
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: NNT is an integral protein of the inner mitochondrial membrane. The enzyme couples hydride transfer between NAD(H) and NADP(+) to proton translocation across the inner mitochondrial membrane. Under most physiological conditions, the enzyme uses energy from the mitochondrial proton gradient to produce high concentrations of NADPH. The resulting NADPH is used for biosynthesis and in free radical detoxification. This gene encodes an integral protein of the inner mitochondrial membrane.
