This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NEK9 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP48976_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP48976
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 107kDa
Gene: 91754
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: NEK9 is a pleiotropic regulator of mitotic progression, participating in the control of spindle dynamics and chromosome separation. NEK9 phosphorylates different histones, myelin basic protein, beta-casein, and BICD2. NEK9 phosphorylates histone H3 on serine and threonine residues and beta-casein on serine residues. Important for G1/S transition and S phase progression.
Alternative names: DKFZp434D0935; MGC138306; MGC16714; NERCC; NERCC1; Nek8
