This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NDUFC2 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP46472_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP46472
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 14kDa
Gene: 4718
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: NDUFC2 is the accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I). It is believed to be not involved in catalysis reaction. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
Alternative names: B14.5b; NADHDH2
