This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NDUFA8 Antibody (ARP62418_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP62418
Size: 100ug
Weight: 19kDa
Gene: 4702
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the complex I 19 kDA subunit family. Mammalian complex I is composed of 45 different subunits. This protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity. It plays an important role in transfering electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
