MTG8-related protein 1 (MTGR1) belongs to the CBFA2T family of transcriptional corepressors, such as MTG8 and ETO, which are part of haemotopoietic transcription factor comple, Xenopus/Amphibian,es in erythroid cells. MTGR1 associates with MTG8,Mouse,Sin3A, N-CoR and histone deacetylase 3 to form a comple, Xenopus/Amphibian, with DNA. This antibody recognizes mouse MTGR1 in Western blot and immunoprecipitation.
