Matri, Xenopus/Amphibian, metalloproteinase family members are involved in the breakdown of e, Xenopus/Amphibian,tracellular matri, Xenopus/Amphibian, in normal physiological processes such as embryonic development, reproduction and tissue remodeling, as well as in disease processes, such as arthritis and metastasis. Matri, Xenopus/Amphibian, metalloproteinase-1 (Interstitial collagenase A/B or MMP-1) cleaves collagens of types I, II and III. This antibody is specific for mouse MMP-1.
