This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-MGC3207 Antibody (ARP60475_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP60475
Size: 100ug
Weight: 34kDa
Gene: 84245
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: MGC3207 catalyzes the interconversion of methylthioribose-1-phosphate (MTR-1-P) into methylthioribulose-1-phosphate (MTRu-1-P). Independently from catalytic activity, MGC3207 promotes cell invasion in response to constitutive RhoA activation by promoting FAK tyrosine phosphorylation and stress fiber turnover.
Alternative names: MGC3207; MTNA; Ypr118w
