This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-MAGOH Antibody (ARP60300_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP60300
Size: 100ug
Weight: 17kDa
Gene: 4116
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Drosophila that have mutations in their mago nashi (grandchildless) gene produce progeny with defects in germplasm assembly and germline development. MAGOH is the mammalian mago nashi homolog. In mammals, mRNA expression is not limited to the germ plasm, but is expressed ubiquitously in adult tissues and can be induced by serum stimulation of quiescent fibroblasts.
Alternative names: MAGOH1; MAGOHA
