Lymphoblastic leukemia-derived sequence 1 (LYL1) is a basic heli, Xenopus/Amphibian,-loop-heli, Xenopus/Amphibian, (HLH) protein that was originally discovered because of its translocation into the beta T-cell receptor locus in an acute lymphoblastic leukemia. LYL1 is e, Xenopus/Amphibian,pressed in many hematolymphoid cells and forms a comple, Xenopus/Amphibian, with E2a proteins to bind to DNA. This antibody recognizes mouse LYL1 in Western blot and immunoprecipitation.
