This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-LOC681989 Antibody (ARP57585_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human, Rat
Presku: AAP57585
Size: 100ug
Weight: 50kDa
Gene: 681989
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: LOC681989 plays a role in lysosomal trafficking, probably via association with the core HOPS complex in a discrete population of endosomes. It may play a role in epithelial polarization through stabilization of apical membrane protein content, possibly via the RAB11A-dependent apical recycling pathway. It is also involved in direct or indirect transcriptional regulation of E-cadherin and may play a role in vesicular trafficking during spermatogenesis.
Alternative names: Spe39; Vipar; hSPE-39
