This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-LECT2 Antibody (ARP64205_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP64205
Size: 100ug
Weight: 15kDa
Gene: 3950
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a secreted, 16 kDa protein that acts as a chemotactic factor to neutrophils and stimulates the growth of chondrocytes and osteoblasts. This protein has high sequence similarity to the chondromodulin repeat regions of the chicken myb-induced myeloid 1 protein. A polymorphism in this gene may be associated with rheumatoid arthritis.
Alternative names: MGC126628; chm-II; chm2
