This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-KRT15 antibody (Catalogue #: AVARP00005_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP30450
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 49kDa
Gene: 3866
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The protein encoded by KRT15 is a member of the keratin gene family. The keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into cytokeratins and hair keratins. Most of the type I cytokeratins consist of acidic proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains and are clustered in a region on chromosome 17q21.2.
